John (63) from Ballina says "I can't believe that I can move my neck again.  I have been in pain for many months now and have become quite irritable. I feel like I can have my life back!"

Kath (57) from Lismore has been active all her life. In recent years her knees have been letting her down. She puts it to age but says she is too young too hang up her walking boots. After a course of SCENAR treatment she says that friends and colleagues are commenting on how good she looks. She has set a date to walk the Inca Trail later this year.
